What TradeFriend Reminder does
TradeFriend Reminder is software used by local service businesses (electricians, plumbers, contractors, and similar trades) that are connected to QuickBooks Online. When one of these businesses marks a customer's invoice as paid in full, TradeFriend Reminder automatically sends that customer a single text message thanking them for their business and inviting them to leave a Google review.
How you are opted in
You receive a message from this program only if you are a customer of a business that uses TradeFriend Reminder, and you provided that business with your mobile phone number (for example, on an invoice, work order, or customer intake form) in the course of having work done or a service performed. By providing your mobile number to that business, you consent to receive one text message from TradeFriend Reminder, on that business's behalf, related to your recent service experience.
TradeFriend Reminder does not purchase, rent, or acquire phone numbers from any list or third party. Every number we message comes directly from a paid invoice at a business you did work with.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited to one message per completed, paid invoice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
